Some 100 members of a Lam Say Bai canal conservation group and allies on Wednesday (Sep 19) filed a petition urging Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha to call off the construction of a 61-megawatt biomass power plant in Tambon Nam Pleek of Amnat Charoen’s Muang district and cancel its operating permit.
